Do you have a physical shop?

We are a completely online retailer. However, we may sell at exhibitions, fair and markets from time to time.

It is possible that we may decide to open a shop at some point.

Is your packaging branded?

No. Your order is carefully packed and will arrive with you in an unbranded mailer box. The product packaging inside the mailer box is branded. All mailer boxes and shred is recyclable. 

Do you deliver internationally?

No. At this time we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

I need to cancel my order, what shall I do?

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team either via the contact form on the Contact Us page or email at hello@lightcave.co.uk within 30 minutes from placing the order. We will do everything we can to cancel the order for you.

 

Please note: During promotional periods, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.

I received an item as a gift and I want to return it

If you have been lucky enough to receive your item as a gift and know it was purchased directly from Light Cave, you can return it with your gift receipt for an exchange only. No refunds will be given on gifts, unless returned by the original purchaser.

If you did not receive a gift receipt please contact our Customer Care Team via email at hello@lightcave.co.uk

We can only exchange items that are unused and in a resalable condition. 


Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons.

My diffuser/room spray/wax melt arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take every care to ensure a safe arrival however, if your item is damaged on arrival due to the delivery service, please contact us and we will work with you to have your item replaced. Please note that the item must remain completely unused. 

I don't like the scent, can I return it?

No. We make to order therefore we cannot accept returns.
